Return Policy
Press-On Nails
Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for press-on nails unless the product is damaged or missing at the time of delivery.
Other Cosmetic Products
For other cosmetic products, we accept returns under the following conditions:
•The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
•The return request must be made within 2 days of delivery.
•A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Damaged or Missing Products
If you receive a damaged or missing product, please follow these steps:
1.Unboxing Video: Record an unboxing video at the time of opening the package. This video must clearly show the package and the condition of the product inside.
2.Notify Us: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected]. Include the unboxing video and a description of the issue.
3.Review: Our team will review your claim and, if approved, will initiate the refund process.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 working days to the original method of payment.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to we will arrange pickup through our courier partner.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
